Motorbike and scooter rental in Nerja
Nerja is one of the best places to start riding along the eastern Costa del Sol: the Balcón de Europa, the coves of Maro and, just a few kilometres inland, the white villages of La Axarquía. At Tropical Riders we rent motorbikes and scooters so you can explore it at your own pace, from a scooter to get around town to a BMW, Harley-Davidson or KTM for the mountain roads.
We bring the bike to Nerja
Our motorbikes and scooters are kept at our base in Puerto Marina del Este (La Herradura), about 20 km from Nerja (around 22 minutes). You can collect it there or we can bring it to Nerja or any town you prefer.

Can you deliver the bike to Nerja?
Yes. Our bikes are based at Puerto Marina del Este (La Herradura), about 20 km from Nerja. You can collect it there or we can bring it to your hotel or apartment in Nerja for €20 per trip (delivery and collection are two trips).
How much does it cost to rent a motorbike in Nerja?
Scooters start at €20/day, the KTM 390 Adventure R at €90/day, the BMW F800 GS at €100/day and the BMW R nineT and Harley Pan America at €130/day, with discounts for longer rentals. Delivery to Nerja is added at our standard rate.
What licence do I need?
For the scooters, an A1 licence or a B car licence held for more than 3 years. The KTM is A2-licence friendly and the BMW and Harley bikes require an A licence.
Do you run guided tours from Nerja?
Yes, for example the Axarquía tour through Frigiliana, Cómpeta and Sayalonga. Guided tours are for groups of 2 to 4 bikes and the price is per bike.
